At OMS, our team is our greatest strength. OMS represents the interests of union construction contractors in Wisconsin and the Upper Michigan. In addition to being strong advocates for union labor, OMS team members work with other industry groups and associations such as the Mechanical Contractors of America (MCAA), the United Association of Union of Plumbers, Fitters, Welders and HVAC Techs; International Association of Heat and Frost Insulator and Allied Workers (HFIAW); Midwest Insulation Contractors Association (MICA); Sheet Metal Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA); and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail, and Transportation Workers Union.
Our organization is dedicated to maintaining a strong building industry, protecting the welfare of its members and enhancing labor and management relations.
Jeff has 13 years of experience in our Association Management Company. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Jeff is also a graduate of the United States Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management. Jeff has been involved in all facets of apprenticeship, trust funds, negotiations and labor, and contractor service aspects of the construction industry.
With a master’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior, Gail has almost 20 years of experience in all aspects of servicing union contractors. Gail is also a graduate of the four-year Institute for Organization Management through the United States Chamber of Commerce, which trains individuals specifically in non-profit management. Gail also serves a a contractor representative on 11 joint apprentice committees serving almost 500 apprentices.
Office Manager & OMS Board Vice President
Kelly joined OMS in 2015 and oversees the finances for all of the OMS member associations, industry funds, education funds, drug testing programs and annual audits. In addition, Kelly serves as the contractor representative on two Joint Apprentice Committees, which includes more than 200 apprentices. Kelly holds two associate degrees in accounting and administrative assistant from Fox Valley Technical College.
Having joined OMS in 2016, Veronica oversees event management and the drug testing program. Veronica also is the contractor representative for one Joint Committee, which includes 60+ apprentices.
