We are a company rich in history and tradition. Each one of our member associations has made a substantial commitment to organize union contractors in order to help them benefit from membership. Organizing is a long and proud tradition in the union trades. At the heart of any organizing effort is a desire to bring the protections to workers that only a labor union can provide. As such, our union contractor groups are strong, determined and above all, passionate about ensuring the rights of all contractors are respected and protected.

All five of our member associations are leaders in the construction industry in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan providing a full range of services satisfying the needs and concerns of its members. Thereby improving the quality of construction and protecting the public interest.

Associate Membership

The associate category of membership is designed for suppliers, manufacturer’s representatives, financial advisors, insurance companies and others who do business with the mechanical industries. OMS hosts meetings and events for mechanical contractors throughout the year.
